Somebody has placed a review on e-customer-satisfaction.com about my business which is fake, and e-customer-satisfaction.com will not remove it. How can I remove a remove from e-customer-satisfaction.com ? I have emailed the company and they have told me they will not, under any circumstances remove the review about my company.

I know the review is false, because all the details are false. When i emails e-customer-satisfaction.com, they told me that they will not get involved or amend any reviews, even though i stated to them that the review was so obviously false.

What can I do about this? How can e-customer-satisfaction.com allow reviews on their website which are false?

Surely if a review website like e-customer-satisfaction.com can allow false reviews, what is to stop every company destroying everybody else with review sites like e-customer-satisfaction.com?

I am very angry at this, because no way should e customer satisfaction just dismiss my claims. I tried to get their real details but it looks like they are hosting overseas, in Poland it looks like.

Has anybody else had false reviews written about them on e-customer-satisfaction.com??

Not happy Allowing false reviews is harming my business and the website will not do anything about it!!

Hi PC Hosting, we are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with e-customer-satisfaction. It is a shame the businesses do not get any satisfaction either.

This has been discussed on two other threads on this forum, and should help you further:

Customers should never place false reviews, and the problem with the internet now, is that more, and more of these review-type websites are popping up, because they just know that people love to complain, which by itself is fine, but when the opportunity is there for a false reviews, people also seem to take pleasure in placing as many negative reviews as they can.

Review websites know this is going to happen, and they also know that competitors will use reviews sites to slander their rivals. But review websites are deciding to not really care about it, because good or bad reviews drives plenty of traffic to the review site, and that is what they aim for.

I think it should be illegal personally. I hope the two links above help you.

Good luck.

It really is not on that these review websites are accepting reviews without checking the validity of the claims made against certain companies. The problem is, companies and websites like e-customer-satisfaction.com are making gains out of false reviews, and are refusing to remove them, or even validate them.

Here is a blog on the subject:

If I have got a problem with a company i contact them direct, because these review websites are just looking for attention, and they get it in spades.
