Sometimes I forget what my options are.

When you're at home working on whatever it is you're working on consider adding music.

You might turn on the radio or use your favorite internet service, but one of the most effective
ways to use music to motivate you is to put together a bunch of tunes that really get you moving.

You can get yourself up in the morning with a few.

Right at this moment "Miss You" by the Rolling Stones just went off on my computer.

What songs do it for you?

Takin' Care Of Business?

Girls Just Want To Have Fun?

I'm So Excited?

I know that I'm probably older than most people on here, so don't let my ideas of songs to keep
you moving put you off.

You have some favorites if you just think about it.

Choose mostly or all fairly high energy songs unless you are one of those people that really
makes the most of classical or maybe new age stuff.

The key is to help you move faster and improve your mood.  (Or keep it improved.)

Just a tip about something fairly easy that you can do that you might have overlooked.

Ideas?

I am more a classical man myself, I find it relaxes the brain during business, and makes you take a step back from situations.

Absolutely!

If it works for you, then it works!

People just need to keep that in mind.

Personally, I don't think speed metal does the job and I don't want speed metal fans to get less done if their typical brand of music is holding them back in the music arena.

Of course, the same goes for classical fans and Ravel's Bolero or Water Music.

Should have said "if their typical brand of music is holding them back in the BUSINESS arena."
