We have just heard about the launch of the Automatic Bid Management is live on Flippa system on Flippa.com.

Personally, having used Flippa, there are a LOT of sellers on there that should NOT be sellers, and who are trying to palm off websites that have little, or no value, and fabricating traffic, and revenue, in the hope of attracting somebody unexperienced.

Therefore, if you are going to be using Flippa's new automated bid management system, just be aware, that as sales of websites go through the Q&A from potential buyers, you usually find some VERY interesting questions being avoided by the sellers, which puts people off the eventual sale, and therefore if you yourself have placed an automated bid, before such issues arise, then you could easily land yourself with a suspect purchase.

Just be aware.

There are always going to be a few bag eggs when it comes to online marketplaces but here at Flippa, we're doing our best to combat them as much as possible.

We’ve recently launched verified AdSense revenue which now sits alongside the verified Analytics information. Flippa in fact the only marketplace anywhere to offer this added layer of revenue verification for our buyers. If users only want to see auctions with verified AdSense or Analytics information then they can through our advanced search tool.

We're always working to improve site security for all of our users.

Hello Tim,

Thank you for clarification. Yes, we agree, there will also be a few that spoil it for the rest.

It does happen with all marketplaces, where money is changing hands.

Your input is is appreciated.

I purchased a website off Flippa.com about 3 months ago, but it was a low value one. I would be careful if price had been higher, because some of the more experienced members over at Flippa are always giving the sellers a grilling, and some of them run for the hills.
