I have found this site very useful, I write up long articles, or have others write them. Then I submit and have my links at the bottom. Good back linking.

I have done that actually, for a few of my sites. But I did it with the comment section, not the actual articles themselves.

No problem. The only thing is if you use the comments for back linking you can get banned for putting links in them.

Sounds like an awesome tip. I will have to look into this "Squidoo" place and see if I can't get some backlinks of my own.

Thanks for the info.

How do you use it then? Just use it as a "sales page" and drive traffic to it?

I am using this method myself. I wrote articles using hubpage as well. Your articles will get a lot of traffic from these sites. You can use Comment Kahuna if you want to find high PR blogs and sites to plant backlinks. Just use the software to find the sites and then manually leave a useful comment from each blog. Use Firefox add on to find out which blog is do follow.

I like Squidoo. It is fun. It works best if you take time to promote your lenses a bit and take part in the community. You can easily rank within the squidoo search engines by partipating in the community.

I also like to do social bookmarking on my lenses with SocialAdr.

Well, I use the free version of SocialAdr. Basically, you sign up for a list of social bookmarking sites. Then you can go in and share up to 5 other people's pages or sites with a few button clicks and you get credits for it. When you have enough credits, your own pages you have submitted to SocialAdr will get shared by others.

This means your Google +1s, Diggs, Stumbles, and all of that are coming from different accounts and different IPs. It also means you can get more Diggs or Stumbles rather than just having them be submitted once.

You can buy credits so your sites will get shared more or go with a paid account where your stuff gets shared but you don't have to deal with earning credits. It costs more but works great. I've just been sticking to the free version because I only actively promote a handful of pages from each of my niche sites.

Check it out, it is the best method of social bookmarking I have found so far. SocialAdr. (aff. link)
