I have seen a good theme on here, but where else can I find good monetizing themes? Ones that are ready to make me some money?

If you Google WP Themes you are bound to find some good ones. Just try and picture them with the ads before you pick one to customize.

Actually, very many good themes can be obtained from the wordpress add on sections.
