I'm thinking to search some work as translator.
Someone has experience on Odesk and/or Freelancer ?

Where i should focus, one of the two, both..or another site ?

Thanks !

There are huge list when it come to freelancers websites.

Start by making a single account on any of the two (I like odesk more than freelancer, and i think as freelancer you have a better shot on odesk ), once you start getting feedback and feel familiar enough start  making accounts on other popular freelancers websites, and start searching for related jobs.

Don't forget that there are other services out there, too, so don't forget to use google to find other programs that might pay a little higher right off the bat.  When  you go to sites that are as well known as Odesk and Freelancer, you have more competition - and sometimes the pay is not as good.

Yes, but as a consumer, I have found such websites to be fantastic for finding coders, and developers, and at great prices, so i agree, maybe the pay on the other side of the fence may not be so great.
